Event: Panel – “Right to Life, Human Dignity and Positive Obligations of The State”
Yaşar University International Law Implementation and Research Center organized an online panel on the March, 22th 2023. The panel is entitled “Right to Life, Human Dignity and Positive Obligations of The State”. Prof. Dr. Işıl Özkan (Faculty Member at Yaşar University Faculty of Law and the Head of International Law Implementation and Research Center) delivered the opening speech of the panel and assumed the role of the mediator.
